RPSC Party Procedures

Parties can only be reserved by Members of RPSC.
The member MUST be present prior to non-member party guests arriving/accessing pool grounds.
The member MUST be present the entire time the non-member party guests are on pool grounds.
There is a 10 *guest* minimum in order to qualify as a party
$50 non-refundable deposit
A complete list of guests must be provided at least 2 days prior to the party
Table clothes will be provided by the pool
All food and drink can be brought in or you can reach out to our snackbar and see if they are able to provide a party menu for your needs
Party timeslots are from 12 noon - 3 pm and 4 pm - 7pm
** you can reserve your location under the
shade deck or our designated party area in the on the pool grounds -
this will be on a first come first serve basis **
Party guests cannot enter the pool until the member has arrived. Once the party host has arrived, she/he will immediately put on the same party bracelet as the guests.
All party attendees will put on their bracelets at the front desk.
A copy of the party rules and the pool rules will be given to each party host. All pool rules and regulations must be followed. NO GLASS PERMITTED. ALL ATTENDEES UNDER 18 MUST PASS A SWIM TEST IN ORDER TO GO OFF THE SLIDES AND DIVES AND TO SWIM IN AREAS ABOVE THEIR HEAD.
At the end of your party's timeslot, party guests may remain at the pool but they must leave the party area - Please note, guests can only stay as long as the member is present at the pool.
